Required Skills


• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


• Experience with Firebase, BigQuery, and SQL-based data pipelines.


• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.


• Familiarity with REST API integration for ML outputs.


• Experience with user retention analytics and mobile app growth data is a plus.


• Knowledge of Google Cloud ML / Vertex AI or AWS Sagemaker preferred.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI.


• 2–5 years of relevant experience in ML model development and deployment.


• Experience handling large-scale app analytics data.

Responsibilities


• Design, build, and train machine learning models for:


• User churn prediction


• Retention scoring


• Engagement segmentation


• Personalized push recommendation


• Work with the backend and Firebase teams to define and structure user data pipelines.


• Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous learning loops.


• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to interpret model outputs.


• Optimize model performance for large datasets (500K+ DAU scale).


• Deploy AI models via APIs for real-time decision-making.


• Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance with Google Play policies.
