We're Hiring – Cinema Projectionist

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cinema Projectionist to manage and ensure smooth technical operations of movie screenings at our Tiruppur location.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage digital cinema projectors and sound systems (Dolby / Surround sound).
• Ingest and verify DCP (Digital Cinema Package) content.
• Create and manage playlists including ads, trailers, and main features.
• Ensure accurate show timings and smooth screening without interruptions.
• Monitor and maintain picture quality, brightness, focus, and sound levels during every show.
• Perform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical faults immediately during shows.
• Maintain projection room cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Follow all anti-piracy and content security guidelines.
• Maintain daily logs for equipment performance, show reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with cinema operations team, floor staff, and external service vendors when required.
• Support special screenings, premieres, and private shows.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in cinema projection, AV, or technical operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital projection systems and sound technology.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, alert, and detail-oriented.
