Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the number of seasonal designs based on data and direction provided by the Marketing Head.
- Source raw materials and trims required for sampling.
- Coordinate with the production team to plan and execute sampling.
- Analyze and evaluate processes by estimating time and cost.
- Prepare and finalize product MRP.
- Obtain final approval for all samples from the Marketing Head.
- After sample approval, place bulk orders for required raw materials.
- Generate and submit Purchase Order slips for approval.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
- Plan and monitor bulk production activities.
- Regularly update the marketing team about product status, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain production timelines and reports in Excel and Logic ERP & share updates with the HOD.
- Review design sheets from designers and provide practical production-related feedback.
- Visit job workers to oversee sample creation and approvals.
