Role Description

We're looking for a textile designer to join the LR Home team in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a sense of trends, and strong execution skills to bring creative concepts to life across our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing textile designs for home décor collections (rugs, cushions, throws, etc.)
  • Research seasonal trends, colors, and materials to support new product development
  • Create digital and hand-rendered design concepts, repeats, and colorways
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers, production, and merchandising teams
  • Maintain design archives, mood boards, and sample libraries

Software & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in textile design (experience in home décor is a plus)
  • Fresh graduates with strong design skills and creativity are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
  • Strong sense of color, pattern, and material application
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and understanding of textile design principles
