Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Nursery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nursery, managing plant care and propagation, supervising nursery staff, ensuring the health and quality of plants, maintaining inventory records, and interacting with customers and suppliers. The role also involves developing and implementing best practices for nursery management and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant care, propagation, and nursery management
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in nursery operations
• Knowledge of plant health and pest management
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field preferred
