SMT - Senior Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of SMT equipment
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Manage spare parts inventory and machine calibration
- Coordinate with Fuji service engineers for upgrades and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and implement maintenance schedules
- Correct placement offsets and calibrate feeders, nozzles, and cameras
- Support program changeovers and process optimization
- Monitor machine performance metrics (OEE, yield, downtime)
- Oversee daily operations on Fuji NXT lines
- Ensure manpower allocation and line balancing
- Support audits and compliance activities
- Mentor and evaluate operators and technicians
