We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Frontend (NextJs)
Developer to join our team (on-site position).
Experience: 3 - 6 years.

Requirements:

  • Min 3+ years of experience in frontend development using NextJs (15+) and TypeScript
  • Proficiency with React Query (or TanStack Query) for efficient data fetching and caching
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and a thorough understanding of and its core principles
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect and experience integrating OAuth-based authentication flows
  • Knowledge of (mandatory); BetterAuth familiarity is a plus
  • Experience deploying and managing frontend applications on Vercel or AWS Amplify
  • Experience in building reusable, component-based architectures (React hooks, Context API, or Zustand)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, 15+ (App Router), and SSR/SSG optimizations
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns
  • Strong focus on pixel-perfect UI, UX best practices, and performance optimization
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code with attention to scalability
  • Performance optimization expertise - bundle analysis, lazy loading, caching, and Lighthouse score improvements
  • Strong unit testing and component testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
  • Proficiency with Git-based workflows (PR reviews, branches, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Fluent English communication - clear in understanding, collaboration, and documentation
  • Startup mindset - self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about building from 0 to 1
  • Enhance development using AI tools and copilots (Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance, responsive, and secure web applications using NextJs + TypeScript
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable, and scalable components
  • Work closely with backend, product, and AI teams to deliver seamless integration of APIs and real-time data
  • Implement AI-powered UX flows - leveraging AI copilots and productivity tools (like Cursor AI)
  • Ensure frontend code adheres to security standards, and compliance best practices
  • Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and scalability in a multi-tenant environment
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality, readability, and consistency
  • Write unit, integration, and snapshot tests to maintain frontend reliability
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve the developer experience and team workflow

Nice to have:

  • Basic backend knowledge of / NestJS for API integration debugging
  • Experience working with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit)
  • Exposure to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR front-end data presentation and secure session management
  • Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
