Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer with strong communication and presentation skills to develop, manage, and maintain high-quality technical and web-based documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in technical content creation, document management (including ISO, NABH, and other compliance documentation), and a solid working knowledge of HTML for web content development, formatting, and online publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and proofread clear, concise, and technically accurate content for manuals, SOPs, compliance documents, and web platforms.
  • Manage and update documentation in alignment with ISO, NABH, and other quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, quality departments, and management to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop presentation materials, user guides, and training documents as required.
  • Apply HTML for web content development formatting and publishing content on intranet/web portals.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MCA\B.Tech\M.tech
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical content writing or documentation management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and document formatting tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation management skills.
