We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Java Spring Boot Developer
with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable microservices using modern cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Java development, Spring ecosystem, and be enthusiastic about writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices using
    Java Spring Boot

  • Integrate and manage
    MongoDB
    ,
    Hibernate
    , and other persistence frameworks.
  • Develop and deploy services in a
    cloud-native
    environment using
    Spring Cloud
    .
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy microservices on
    OpenShift
    and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Monitor application performance using tools like
    Prometheus
    ,
    Grafana
    ,
    Zipkin
    ,
    Kibana
    ,
    FluentD
    , and
    Hystrix
    .
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.
  • Continuously improve system performance through tuning and optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java (8/11+) and Spring Boot.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Spring Cloud

    REST APIs

    Microservices Architecture

  • Experience with

  • Proficient in
    Docker

  • Familiarity with

  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong passion for clean, high-quality, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to reactive programming or event-driven systems.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure/OpenShift) are a plus.
