Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Developer to join my team and contribute to our web development projects. As a Website Developer at Traction Shastra, you will have the opportunity to create stunning and functional websites, e-commerce platforms, and other web-based applications that meet our clients' needs. This position offers flexible working hours and is a hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and visually appealing websites that align with our clients' brand and objectives.
  • Build responsive e-commerce websites that provide an exceptional online shopping experience.
  • Utilize API knowledge to integrate third-party services and data sources into our web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality web solutions on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our web development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are fully functional and meet client specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in web development, including creating websites and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, My SQL, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Proficiency in API integration and usage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Portfolio of previous web development projects showcasing your skills and creativity.

Application Process:

Candidates who meet the above qualifications will be required to complete an assignment as part of the interview process. The assignment will assess your technical skills and creativity in web development. Qualified candidates will then proceed to the interview round.

Note: This position offers flexible working hours and is a hybrid.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
