Job Title : Sr Executive/Asst Manager

Department : Accounts

Reporting : Accounts Head

Job Location : Mira Road

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliances, and project accounting for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, RERA norms Real estate , NGO experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Management

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Finalize accounts and prepare periodic financial statements.
  • Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for audit processes.

TDS & GST Compliance

  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings (26Q, 26QB, Etc.).
  • Apply appropriate TDS rates under Old and New tax regimes.
  • Handle GST computation, input credit, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Etc.).
  • Manage GST on project collections, advances, and RCM-related transactions.

RERA Compliance Support

  • Manage project funds in compliance with RERA.
  • Assist in documentation and fund withdrawals based on project progress.
  • Support quarterly and annual RERA reporting requirements.

Project/Unit Accounting

  • Calculate unit costing based on carpet, built-up, and super built-up areas.
  • Support tax computation and invoicing for unit sales.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Legal teams for project-related accounting.

General Accounting

  • Process vendor and contractor bills.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Income Tax and Professional Tax.
  • Prepare MIS reports on project collections, cash flows, and taxation.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)

· 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance functions

· Demonstrated expertise in TDS, GST, RERA and day-to-day accounting operations

Preferred Skills:

· Expertise in TDS, GST, and RERA compliance.

· Strong understanding of real estate project accounting.

· Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP, TDS Software.

· Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance.
