Role & responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founders to design and implement strategic projects that support the

companys expansion and strengthen market positioning.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, including developing market-entry strategies, creating

marketing and stakeholder engagement plans, and enhancing operational reach in key regions

and centers.

  • Drive the execution of strategic projects across multiple teams, ensuring smooth coordination,

clear communication, and alignment with the companys overall objectives.

  • Encourage a mindset of creativity and innovation within the team, promoting continuous

improvement and forward-thinking solutions that boost business performance.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement

and efficiency improvements.

  • Explore new business ventures, partnerships, and revenue channels to increase market

presence and fuel sustainable growth.

  • Guide teams from various departments, providing feedback and fostering a high-performance

culture.

  • Lead the development of the companys technology framework to support scalable growth and

operational excellence.

  • Oversee relationships with investors and explore potential fundraising opportunities through

debt, equity, or other financial instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an innovative and driven individual to lead the Founders' Office. This role offers the chance to work closely with the founders, providing strategic leadership across a range of departments. As the Lead for the Founders' OTice, you will play a key role in executing critical initiatives that contribute to the companys continued growth and success. You'll help cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence, making a tangible impact on the organization's future.

In this position, you will gain comprehensive insight into the entire business, collaborating with the founders on a variety of projects, from strategy and operations to finance and data-driven insights. This is a rare opportunity to be directly involved in shaping the direction of a rapidly growing business.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier institution.
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, such as a startup, venture capital firm, or

within a Founders' Office role.

  • Preference for candidates who have worked in startups and in Sales/Marketing/Growth roles
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and

deliver clear, impactful presentations.

  • Experience in launching products, ERP systems, or features would be beneficial
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using sound

analysis and attention to detail.
