Lease Registration

• Coordinating with Acquisition vendors and Panel Advocate.

Efficient Handling of Litigation

• Compilation of relevant data and materials.
• Diligent follow up of cases till disposal.

Clear Title for Site Acquisition

• Coordination with Panel Advocate for DDR,
• Thorough Checking of Property papers and other documents before clearance of File for Lease Agreement. 

Municipal Clearance

• Supporting the acquisition & Deployment function in applying for Municipal Clearance for building New Sites.

Vendor Compliance

• Coordinating with Administrative Department & SCM Department to ensure cent percent Vendor compliance of applicable labor laws.

DMS Updating

• Ensuring loading of all Lease Documents into the DMS portal.

Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

• L.L.B (Bachelor of Legal Laws)

Knowledge Required

• Civil procedure code, Cr.P C  ,I P C ,Indian Evidence act ,Company Laws ,Indian Stamp Act, Land revenue Act, All state and Central Pollution control Acts, and  all other local laws applicable..

Skills / Competencies

• Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements , with Good communication in English and regional language . Preparing MIS and Written Statement/Counter claims.

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)

• At least 3 years experience of Practice in courts and Law Firms or reputed Corporate Company.

• Preferably Real Estate or Infrastructure Industry but not IT and LPO
