Role & responsibilities

Process Operations & Monitoring

  • Operate and monitor hydrogenation reactors, distillation columns, and associated equipment.
  • Ensure optimal reaction conditions (temperature, pressure, catalyst activity) for efficient hydrogenation.
  • Maintain process parameters within defined limits to ensure product quality and safety.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols related to handling hydrogen and flammable materials.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and participate in HAZOP studies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal safety standards.

Production Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Optimize batch scheduling and raw material usage.
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and resolve process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and minimize waste.
