About The Role
Were seeking skilled Java Backend Engineers to join our fast-growing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cloud-native backend services built on Java or Scala.

Youll work with modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices that power mission-critical enterprise applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment, driving the development of robust backend systems that handle complex business processes at scale.

We are hiring across multiple experience levels. Core responsibilities remain consistent, with technical scope and ownership scaling by seniority.

Senior Software Engineer : Core Tech Stack :

  • Java or Scala
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)

Mid-Level Software Engineer : Core Tech Stack :

  • Java or Scala
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes (preferred) OR Docker / other containerization tools
  • Terraform (nice to have if experienced in containerization)
  • Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tier-1 microservices using Java or Scala.
  • Build and maintain asynchronous, cloud-native systems for large-scale data processing and transformation.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and participate in architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/SCRUM framework including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Provide on-call production support for critical services on a rotational basis.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve system design and efficiency.
