Job description

Vigyan Lime is looking for a young, smart, dynamic, efficient, responsible & resourceful Lawyer, to have on board as a freelancer /retainership, interested in being part of an evolving establishment, to handle various legal matters of the Company and its Directors, related to payment recoveries, civil disputes, mutation, registration, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling Civil Matters of the Company and its Directors, related to payments recovery

Handling Revenue Matters of various lands owned by the Company and its Directors

Handling various Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc. matters of the Company and its Directors

Visiting the Company Office, for discussions & drafting of documents, as & when required

Representing the Company and its Directors in Courts/ Government/ Revenue Offices

Regular Liaisoning with the required Officers/ Staff, till the work/ matter gets completed

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate should be aged above 25 Years

Educational & Professional Qualification: Law Graduate & Practicing Lawyer at Dehra Dun

Experience: Min. 3 years Practice in Revenue & Civil Matters in Dehra Dun Courts/ Offices

Skills: Drafting Legal petitions/ applications/ replies and comfortable in representing the matters of the Company and its Director in Court/ Offices and liasioning with Officers

Candidates should have Fluency in Verbal, Written & typing English & Hindi

Candidates should be Residing & Practicing in Dehra Dun Only

Candidates should have their own conveyance

Job Type: Freelancing / Retainership

Reimbursement: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Professional Fees: Additional can be worked out matter/case-wise or on hour basis/ work load

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
