What You'll Do

As a Marketing Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for executing strategies that will help grow our user base and strengthen our brand presence in Thane. You'll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and have a direct impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
  Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, and local community platforms to drive app downloads and user engagement.
• Content & Social Media:
  Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and short videos that resonate with our target audience. Manage our social media calendar and interact with our community.
• Brand Promotion Strategy:
  Assist in developing and implementing local brand promotion strategies, including collaborations with local businesses, influencer outreach, and on-ground activations within Thane.
• Market Research:
  Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities. Gather insights on local trends and user behavior to refine our marketing approach.
• Analytics:
  Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and prepare reports to inform future strategies.

Who We're Looking For

• A strong passion for marketing and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with or a strong interest in digital marketing, social media management, or brand promotion.
• Creative and proactive thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and adapting to new challenges.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships and personal projects are a big plus).
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate a strong portfolio or examples of relevant work.
• A portfolio or examples of past marketing work (e.g., social media pages you've managed, campaigns you've run, or content you've created) is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Stipend:
  ₹6,000 - ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and interview rounds.
• Performance Incentives:
