We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist who can produce engaging video content and professional reels/shorts. You will be responsible for editing, animating, and delivering high quality visual storytelling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). The ideal candidate is passionate about trends, has strong visual sensibility, and can transform raw footage into polished, dynamic content.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Edit video content: assemble, trim, sequence, and color‑grade footage to create a cohesive narrative.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects (2D/3D where needed) to enhance video.
  • Design and produce short-form vertical content (reels, stories, shorts) optimized for social platforms.
  • Add and sync music, sound effects, voiceovers, and motion audio as needed.
  • Incorporate branding elements (logos, lower thirds, transitions) consistently.
  • Work with creative & content teams to understand storyboards, briefs, and objectives.
  • Iterate based on feedback and deliver final assets on time and in appropriate formats.
  • Maintain an organized project file structure, version control, and backups.
  • Stay updated on video & social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Occasionally assist with content planning, ideation, and visual concepting.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2 years minimum) as a video editor and motion graphics animator.
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong skills in motion graphics & animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
  • Understanding of formats, codecs, aspect ratios for various platforms (1080×1920 vertical, 16:9, etc.).
  • Color correction / color grading skills.
  • Good sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with other creative team members.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Portfolio or reel showcasing previous editing animation work, especially short reels.
