Job Description: SAS Developer We are seeking a skilled SAS Developer with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in SAS programming. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a strong background in incident, problem, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, ensuring adherence to ETL principles and middleware strategies.Lead a team of developers on one or more projects of varying complexity, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Oversee the functional and non-functional assessments for global implementations of Middleware Enterprise designs.Conduct design reviews and validation of dependent programs, ensuring alignment with project goals.Provide strong technical problem-solving capabilities and support for the team, offering guidance and coaching as needed.Manage issue escalation and ensure effective progress management through regular validation and reporting.Ensure quality assurance (QA) of deliverables to meet project requirements and client expectations.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):Experience with SQL queries using PROC SQL for reporting and analytical tasks.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of middleware design principles and will be able to effectively lead and support a development team, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
