 hands-on, product-minded Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of the digital platform from design to deployment
.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer at Urgentlee, you'll lead the 
end-to-end development
 of our applications — both web and mobile.

You'll work closely with the founding team to:

  • Design and develop 
    robust booking & scheduling systems
  • Create a 
    real-time dashboard
     for operations and tracking
  • Implement 
    user-friendly interfaces
     for customers, tailors and admins
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and secure data handling

Key Responsibilities

Web & Mobile App Development

  • Develop, test, and deploy web and mobile applications (React / React Native / Flutter / Angular + preferred).

Backend Development & Database Management

  • Design scalable RESTful APIs / GraphQL to support interactions.
  • Build a structured database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase) for managing users, bookings, payments, and feedback.
  • Implement authentication and authorisation systems (JWT/OAuth).
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance.

System integration & Scalability

  • Integrate APIs for SMS, WhatsApp Business, Maps (for location), and notifications.
  • Optimise applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to maintain smooth performance post-launch.

Maintenance, support & Continuous Improvement

  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Monitor app performance and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Suggest and implement feature enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.

Desired Technical Skills

Frontend:

  • / / Angular for web
  • React Native or Flutter for mobile app
  • HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • UI/UX understanding (mobile-first design principles)

Backend:

  • / (or Django, Spring Boot as alternatives)
  • RESTful API / GraphQL
  • WebSockets for real-time communication

Database:

  • MongoDB / Firebase / PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • Experience with data modeling and indexing

DevOps & Tools:

  • Git, GitHub / GitLab
  • Docker / AWS / Google Cloud deployment experience
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (for push notifications)
  • Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe)

Others:

  • Google Maps API integration
  • WhatsApp Business API or Twilio integration
  • Basic analytics integration (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
