Job Purpose
At Morde Foods, our people are the most important resource. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator with a strong background in Sales Coordination in our Back Office Sales Department to join our team, to help us in our Back Office Operations. The ideal candidate is to have hands-on experience in Order Processing execution within the Food Processing/ Pharmaceutical/ Chemical/ HoReCa industry (B2B). We are seeking a candidate for efficiently handling Sales operations, Customer Development / Retention & to ensure smooth business transactions while achieving timely Supplies / service to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
- Create & Maintain New Orders
- Maintain & Ensure timely Dispatches, adhering to the given schedules.
- Address necessary feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring adherence to the Weekly Dispatch Plans
- Ensuring stock availability for timely dispatches with correct prices.
- Ensure payments are being made as per the agreed terms.
Reporting:
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports
- Regularly reporting the daily activities.
- Work on the Forecast Report for Channels and Product Categories
Coordination:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the sales team to confirm orders, payments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the Logistic team to ensure that the delivery TAT is met.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the Finance team to ensure that all payments are made and all invoices are cleared.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with the internal teams to ensure forecasting productions are met.
Customer Development:
- Convert dormant customers into active customers
- Pitch additional SKUs with to the Existing Customers, based on Customers Products, Application & Needs.
- Pitch newly developed products to the customers to generate sales.
- Create a healthy client-customer relationship with all clients and customers.
Develop new customers:
- Research the market for new potential customers
- Conduct Research on the market trends to identify market demands
- Coordinate product sampling sessions with new clients to demonstrate product portfolio, quality & related application.
- Take part in Lead Generation activities to help generate new sales accounts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in design processes.
- Implement new design tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency and quality
Export Process:
- Processing Export Orders
- Ensuring timely stock is being arranged
- Arranging relevant required Certificates & Documentations
- Coordinating with the Forwarding Agents, In-Land Transporters
- Coordinating with the Customers to address queries / fulfil document related requirements
- Ensuring Document submission to Customer, Bank & timely Payment realisation.
Knowledge / Experience: Competencies:
- Two or more years of experience in Sales Coordination, Order Processing in a B2B industry only.
- Proven experience in Customer Development, Forecasting and Permanent Dispatch Plan (PDP).
- Strong hands-on experience of Exports Process & Documentation
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (or equivalent)
