Kids Den Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kids Den Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for working with children.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement engaging activities for kids in the den.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all kids.
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals.
• Maintain accurate records of kids' progress and development.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to kids as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience working with kids in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures when working with kids.
