Position: Senior React Developer

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)/ Bengaluru (Onsite)

Shift: 2pm to 11pm / 9am to 6pm

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of building high-performance, user-friendly web applications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about frontend technologies and is eager to work on high-traffic, customer-facing platforms for a major enterprise client. The successful candidate will lead the development of responsive, mobile-first web applications using React and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain scalable React-based web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.

·      Build Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) optimized for mobile and desktop users.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and backend developers.

·      Lead all phases of the development lifecycle — from design and implementation to deployment and post-launch support.

·      Develop architectural prototypes and contribute to technical strategy.

·      Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in UI development.

·      Analyze risks, propose mitigation strategies, and suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.

·      Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including wireframes and data models.

Required Qualifications:

·      Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in development.

·      Proven track record of building high-traffic, public-facing responsive web applications.

·      Hands-on experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

·      Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

·      Experience in the entire SDLC including design, implementation, deployment, and support.

·      Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Passion for continuous learning and technology improvement.

Nice to Have Skills:

·      Experience with TypeScript.

·      Familiarity with writing unit tests and test-driven development (TDD).

·      
Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
