Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts & Finance:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, preparation of invoices, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Finalize accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure accuracy of MIS reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, vendor/client reconciliations, and assist in budgeting and cash flow management.
  • Audit:
  • Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting internal and statutory audits.
  • Support audit teams in executing compliance reviews, control testing, and preparation of audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure organized maintenance and updation of audit working papers and files.
  • Taxation:
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including correct and timely filing of returns.
  • Support in income tax computations, tax planning, scrutiny matters, and resolution of notices from authorities.
  • Stay updated about changes in tax laws and implement the same
