Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and SQL Server, along with a proven ability to lead a technical team and deliver high-quality software solutions on time

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software developers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Design and develop high-performance web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and Angular.

Create and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and ensure on-time delivery.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Angular.
  • Proficient in SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Experience with Git, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
