**Job Title:** Graphic Designer

**Department:** Marketing / Design

**Reports To:** Marketing Manager / Creative Head

**Location:** Mira Road

**Employment Type:** Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Design & Creative Development**

* Conceptualize and design graphics for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and advertisements.

* Create digital assets such as social media posts, banners, e mailers, and website graphics.

* Develop layouts, illustrations, and info-graphics that communicate complex ideas visually.

* Ensure consistency of brand elements across all design outputs.

**2. Branding & Visual Identity**

* Support in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

* Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and platforms.

* Innovate design ideas that strengthen the brand's market presence.

**3. Digital & Multimedia**

* Design creatives for online promotions, paid ads, and web content.

* Assist in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and basic video edits when required.

* Collaborate with developers or social media teams to optimize designs for various digital platforms.

**4. Collaboration & Coordination**

* Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements.

* Present design concepts and gather feedback for improvement.

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.

**Required Skills & Competencies**

* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)** or similar design tools.

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

* Creative thinking and ability to transform concepts into visuals.

* Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing design requirements.

* Attention to detail and time management skills.

* Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.

**Qualifications & Experience**

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

* 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

* Experience in **, e.g., retail, electronics, FMCG, digital marketing agency preferred.

* Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
