Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Biology academic content development for Class 8 to NEET.
• Ensure timely completion of end-to-end projects with quality benchmarks.
• Validate subject content for accuracy, concept clarity, and curriculum alignment.
• Review, refine and finalize NEET-level content including theory, solutions, and new questions.
• Drive quality control—ensure fact-checking, conceptual accuracy, linguistic correctness.
• Maintain alignment with latest NCERT syllabus, NEET pattern & competitive trends.
• Collaborate with SME teams to ensure content meets Disha quality standards.
• Oversee proofreading, plagiarism checks, illustration briefs & final content approval.
• Set academic guidelines for content structure and learning approach.
• Train/mentor SMEs or content writers when required for better output quality.

Expected Skills:

• M.Sc in Biology (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years experience in NEET/K–12 content or teaching at senior level.
• Strong knowledge base from school to NEET examination depth.
• Excellent command over Written Biology Content + English Language.
• Demonstrated ability to lead academic content teams or projects.
• Strong curriculum understanding and question-setting skills.

Salary: Upto 70,000 per month
