About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SQL & SSIS Developer with strong expertise in database development, ETL processes, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in T-SQL, SSIS, and Azure data integration tools, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end data solutions, optimize performance, and support production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions for large-scale data operations.
  • Perform SQL performance tuning using execution plans, SQL Profiler, and indexing strategies.
  • Design and implement SSIS packages for ETL processes including data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources (CSV, Excel, flat files, databases).
  • Utilize SSIS transformations such as Lookup, Derived Column, Conditional Split, Aggregate, and others for complex data workflows.
  • Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data ingestion and integration (batch and real-time).
  • Work with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and ADF triggers to orchestrate and automate data workflows.
  • Handle job monitoring, production support, and deployment execution, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve tickets using tools like JIRA.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, report progress, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development and SSIS-based ETL solutions.
  • Strong command of T-SQL, database design, and query optimization techniques.
  • Practical experience with SSIS package development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) — pipeline design, parameterization, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Key Vault integration.
  • Experience with production support, ticketing systems (JIRA/ServiceNow), and deployment activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, cloud data integration, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes for data pipelines.
  • Microsoft certifications in SQL Server or Azure Data Engineering are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
