Rexon Interiors & Landscaping is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Female Accounts Specialist to join our finance team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Financial Head to ensure accurate accounting practices, maintain financial records, and support daily operational activities. This role also involves coordinating with marketing executives, tracking lead reports, and contributing to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Head in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Manage and record financial transactions accurately in accounting software.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Coordinate with marketing executives to allocate daily tasks and monitor progress.
  • Enter and update daily reports of positive leads received by the marketing team.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Tally.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
