Drive Multi-Product Strategy & Execution

Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple product lines.

Define and track success metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.

Balance priorities across product portfolios to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development

Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.

Provide strategic guidance, review product deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Enable professional growth through structured feedback, coaching, and alignment with company objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Business teams to drive seamless product execution.

Work with technical leadership to ensure robust product architecture, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

Lead cross-functional discussions to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and maintain execution velocity.

Client and Market Insights

Translate client feedback, user behavior, and market trends into actionable product strategies.

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry shifts to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Champion both sustaining and disruptive innovation to enhance product differentiation and long-term value.

Product adoption and customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, engagement metrics)

Integration stability and platform performance

Churn reduction and revenue impact from product improvements

Cross-functional collaboration, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
