We're currently looking for a 
Trainee Visual Designer
 to join our Marketing team. Someone who is curious, collaborative designer with a strong eye for detail and the ability to turn copy into compelling visuals. If you love translating ideas into scroll-stopping layouts, this is for you. You'll support branding and demand generation campaigns that build awareness and drive growth.

You must-Have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized Design school.
  • 0–1 years of professional graphic design experience across digital platforms (web, social, mobile, etc.).
  • If experienced, prior work at a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for responsive design.
  • Working knowledge of Webflow for building and updating campaign landing pages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take written content and translate it into visually engaging illustrations and layouts.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Automation
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and evolve Infrrd's brand identity across digital platforms with a consistent, modern visual language.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create high-performing LinkedIn creatives and email designs that align with campaign goals.
  • Own the visual strategy for Infrrd's LinkedIn presence—optimize post designs and engagement through ongoing creativity and competitor research.
  • Design marketing assets including ebooks, customer stories, product brochures, and other brand collateral.
  • Create ad creatives for performance campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Design and update web pages and marketing content using Figma and Webflow, ensuring responsiveness across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
  • Establish best practices for scalable, accessible, and consistent web design and testing.
  • Define and evolve design systems that support Infrrd's core product branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Build a personal design workflow to identify challenges, generate ideas, and execute creative solutions efficiently.
