We're looking for a Senior Software Architect – Product Growth & Monetization to lead the design and development of high-impact systems that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You'll play a critical role in shaping scalable architectures, optimizing performance across global user journeys, and integrating AI-driven intelligence into the core product experience. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Architecture & Scalability

Architect and scale systems that drive key growth levers such as onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.

Develop event-driven and modular architectures that enable rapid experimentation and deployment.

Cross-Functional Innovation

Partner with Product, Design, AI, and Marketing teams to translate business hypotheses into robust, testable technical implementations.

Lead the engineering vision for user lifecycle journeys powered by intelligent automation and personalized engagement.

Monetization & Payments Infrastructure

Design and optimize global payment workflows, supporting subscriptions, usage-based billing, and marketplace models.

Integrate and manage third-party payment solutions (Stripe, Razorpay, Adyen, Chargebee, etc.) ensuring compliance and reliability.

AI-Integrated Experiences

Collaborate with AI teams to embed LLM-powered personalization and recommendation systems into user journeys.

Build scalable interfaces between core systems and AI services to enhance onboarding, retention, and upsell experiences.

Globalization & Expansion

Implement localization frameworks, regional pricing logic, and analytics to support international growth.

Develop infrastructure to manage affiliates, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing automation across geographies.

Platform Leadership

Own mission-critical systems — authentication, billing, compliance automation, and customer support integrations.

Define best practices in observability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance across distributed environments.

Mentorship & Leadership

Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams, conduct design reviews, and drive architectural excellence.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align the technical roadmap with product strategy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems and web applications.

Deep expertise in , React, and TypeScript, with an emphasis on service-oriented and event-driven architectures.

Proven success architecting growth-oriented systems—experiment platforms, onboarding flows, or retention engines.

Strong understanding of global payments, monetization models, and financial integrations.

Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, recommendation, or conversational interfaces.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong data fluency — experienced with BigQuery, Snowflake, Amplitude, or other analytics ecosystems.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical direction in cross-functional teams.

Passionate about experimentation, rapid iteration, and building products that measurably impact business growth.
