DILASA is a pioneering mental health organization dedicated to transforming mental health care and education across Kashmir. A collaborative initiative by Aaghaz and CMHS, we are committed to creating culturally-adapted mental health programs, fostering community well-being, and breaking down barriers to mental health services. What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MA/M.Sc) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Work location : Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

Employment Terms:
- Probationary Period: 3 months with performance review
- Permanent Employment: Successful completion of probation leads to full-time employment with enhanced benefits
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting therapy sessions: Providing individual and group counseling/therapy sessions to clients
- Developing and delivering mental health programs and workshops
- Creating engaging content for educational materials, social media, and
- community outreach
- Writing program documentation, reports, and mental health resources
- Managing and growing DILASA's social media presence
- Collaborating with schools and community organizations
- Contributing to mental health awareness campaigns
- Supporting the development of culturally-adapted mental health interventions
