Retention Manager

We are seeking a proactive Retention Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute customer retention strategies
• Monitor churn metrics and customer feedback
• Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing teams to improve customer experience
• Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty

Qualifications:

• Female candidates with Degree/Above qualifications are preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer relationship management or retention roles
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of retention metrics

Working Hours : 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM
