About the Internship

We are offering a 6-month, paid internship program
designed for motivated individuals eager to bridge technology and finance. Unlike traditional academic AI/ML projects, this internship gives you
direct exposure to real-world client deliverables
in the financial research domain.

As an intern, you will work under the mentorship of a
Senior AI/ML Engineer and a Data Scientist
, and collaborate on projects that span:

·      
Data Engineering:
Building and optimizing data pipelines for structured/unstructured financial datasets.

·      
AI/ML Applications:
Applying AI/ML not just for modeling, but for automation, intelligence augmentation, and product development.

·      
Full-Stack Development:
Developing web-based tools, dashboards, and research platforms used by financial clients.

·      
Cloud & Automation:
Leveraging cloud-native solutions, APIs, and process automation to deliver scalable products.

Please note that this is not an academic training program.
It is a professional, production-level internship where you will work directly on real client projects, under the guidance of senior engineers and data scientists. We are looking for candidates who can immediately contribute to engineering and product development workflows, not those seeking to "try out" data analysis after a few online tutorials.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design and implement data ingestion and transformation workflows
for financial data.

·      Assist in developing
AI/ML-driven features
(e.g., NLP for financial text, analytics automation).

·      Contribute to
web application development
(front-end + back-end) for client-facing tools.

·      Collaborate on
cloud-based deployment and integration
of data/AI products.

·      Work with the senior engineering team to
prototype, test, and refine product features
for financial services use cases.

·      Participate in
client project cycles
, contributing to actual deliverables rather than sandbox-only projects.

What We Expect

·      Strong foundation in Python
(beyond notebooks — you should be comfortable writing modular, production-quality code).

·      Working knowledge of
SQL
and data structures.

·      Familiarity with at least one modern
web framework
(Flask/Django/FastAPI on the backend, React/Angular/Vue on the frontend).

·      Comfort with
Git
, version control, and collaborative workflows.

·      Exposure to
cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
is a plus.

·      Demonstrable
projects or prior internships
that show applied problem-solving skills in data engineering, AI/ML, or web development.

·      Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines

·      Strong programming foundation in
Python
(must), plus familiarity with
SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar

·      Exposure to frameworks/libraries like
Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Flask/Django, React/Angular

·      Familiarity with
cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

·      Prior projects in
data engineering, AI/ML, or full-stack development
(academic or personal) will be valued.

·      Curiosity about
finance, markets, and data-driven research

– technical + problem-solving discussions with our engineering team.

3.   
Final Fit Assessment
– motivation, work ethic, and ability to work in on-site team settings.

Only candidates who clear the
technical test
