Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Staff Management:
  • Overseeing the work of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
  • Creating and managing staff schedules, including filling in for call-outs and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to nursing staff.
  • Addressing and resolving staff conflicts and issues.
  • Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
  • Patient Care and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implementing and enforcing infection control protocols.
  • Developing and updating nursing policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about patient care plans and progress.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as pharmacy, radiology, and social services.
  • Serving as a resource person for nursing staff on clinical and administrative issues.
  • Training and Development:
  • Providing training and guidance to nursing staff on new procedures, policies, and technologies.
  • Identifying professional development opportunities for nursing staff.

Qualification Required : DGNM or Bsc Nursing

Experience : yrs

Registration must.

Should work in rotational shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
