Nursing Supervisor

Key responsibilities:
- Supervision and Staff Management:
- Overseeing the work of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
- Creating and managing staff schedules, including filling in for call-outs and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to nursing staff.
- Addressing and resolving staff conflicts and issues.
- Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
- Patient Care and Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementing and enforcing infection control protocols.
- Developing and updating nursing policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about patient care plans and progress.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as pharmacy, radiology, and social services.
- Serving as a resource person for nursing staff on clinical and administrative issues.
- Training and Development:
- Providing training and guidance to nursing staff on new procedures, policies, and technologies.
- Identifying professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
Qualification Required : DGNM or Bsc Nursing
Experience : yrs
Registration must.
Should work in rotational shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
