Roles & Responsibility:

-Track workflows across departments to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

-Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and compliance documentation.

-Act as a liaison between teams (e.g., HR, sales, admin) to ensure seamless execution of processes.

-Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, or delays in processes and recommend corrective actions.

-Ensure that all processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
