Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager Digital DVARA KGFS, located in Ranchi. The Cluster Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure the delivery of financial services to customers. Responsibilities include strategy implementation, performance monitoring, staff training, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Cluster Manager will lead efforts to enhance digital adoption and improve customer experiences.

  • Experience with financial services, particularly in a rural context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
  • Digital literacy and experience with promoting digital adoption
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational performance
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the non-banking financial sector is a plus
