Esports Coach

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Esports Coach based in Noida. The Esports Coach will be responsible for leading and mentoring esports teams, developing training programs, strategizing with players, and analyzing gameplay to improve team performance. Additional responsibilities include organizing team activities, conducting competitive research, supporting mental and physical preparation for players, and promoting team discipline and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in competitive gaming, including in-depth knowledge of esports titles, gameplay strategies, and team compositions.
• Coaching and leadership experience, with the ability to mentor players, foster teamwork, and provide constructive feedback.
• Analytical and research skills to assess gameplay, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate players and staff.
• Event planning or team management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with esports industry trends and a passion for the competitive gaming scene.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
