Job Summary:

We are seeking a subject-matter expert in Chemistry with excellent writing skills to join our content development team focused on AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based education platforms. In this role, you will create clear, engaging, and accurate learning content in chemistry designed to be used by AI models, training systems, or educational tools.

The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry (preferably at the postgraduate level), a passion for science communication, and an interest in how artificial intelligence can support learning at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Write and structure high-quality content on various chemistry topics (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, biochemistry) for integration into LLM-based learning platforms.
  • Create explanations, tutorials, quizzes, exercises, use cases, and real-world applications of chemistry concepts.
  • Ensure that content is pedagogically sound, factually accurate, and well-aligned with academic or curriculum standards (e.g., K-12, undergraduate, or competitive exams).
  • AI Model Training Support:
  • Generate diverse prompts and responses to train AI/LLMs in solving chemistry-related questions or simulating tutoring scenarios.
  • Assist in curating and annotating datasets for supervised learning or reinforcement learning tasks.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with AI researchers, instructional designers, and fellow subject-matter experts to align content with technical and educational goals.
  • Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams.
  • Research & Quality Control:
  • Stay up to date with educational standards, emerging AI tools in education, and advancements in chemistry as a discipline.
  • Review and revise AI-generated chemistry content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40, ₹58,000.00 per month
