Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Project Manager
for a software development team is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery. This role involves defining project scope and goals, creating timelines, allocating resources, and mitigating risks to ensure the project stays on time and within budget. They act as a central communication hub, coordinating between the development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning:
    Defines project scope, objectives, and requirements; creates detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Execution and management:
    Oversees the day-to-day execution of the project, assigns tasks based on team member skills, and monitors progress to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Risk management:
    Proactively identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project timeline and budget.
  • Communication and collaboration:
    Facilitates communication between the development team, designers, testers, and clients to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
  • Resource management:
    Manages project resources, including budget, human resources, and tools, to ensure the team has what it needs to succeed.
  • Stakeholder management:
    Acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Quality assurance:
    Oversees project delivery and ensures that the final software meets the client's requirements and quality standards.
