Network Engineer

Day to day Operation of NOC; event to incident lifecycle management in accordance with defined processes.
Network Ops Control Specialist responsibility is oriented towards proactively managing, maintaining efficient operating states of Infrastructure & ensuring continuity of Services; and responding to critical incidents & problems that impact these.
The selected candidate must understand the overall relationship between infrastructure components to the Business & IT services.
Critical incident follow-up in accordance with defined Crisis management processes. Monitor events/incidents and follow-up in case of business impact.
In case of Business Impact send notifications to IT users to know the current progress on outage initiate a crisis call for quick service restoration.
24 by 7 Rotational work shift & weekend working.
Perform L1 troubleshooting of Network related issues.
Coordinate with Vendor and get the network issue fixed.
Start /Stop application services during windows patching.
Be Punctual during office hours.
Experience/ Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team.
Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or relevant field
2-3 Years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Monitoring
Exposure to ITIL Framework & Change and Incident Management tools
Work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills
Customer oriented attitude
24 by 7 Rotational work shift & weekend working.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
