Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and maintenance for OpenText AppWorks-based solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, bugs, and incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest permanent solutions.
  • Develop minor enhancements, workflow updates, and integrations when required.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText AppWorks development and support.
  • Strong understanding of AppWorks architecture, workflows, entities, and case management.
  • Experience with OpenText Content Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and business process automation.
  • Good understanding of database concepts (SQL/Oracle) and debugging techniques.
  • Exposure to incident management tools and ITIL-based support environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
