Key Responsibilities
- Call customers for service appointment reminders
- Schedule and confirm service visits
- Coordinate with service team regarding customer queries
- Take post-service feedback calls

- Follow up on pending service complaints
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Support the service team in improving customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, call handling, or CRM role
- Experience in automobile service industry preferred
- Good communication skills
