Job Summary

HP Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Service Customer Relationship Executive (Service CRE) for a reputed automobile service facility. The role involves customer coordination, service appointment follow-ups, and post-service feedback handling to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers for service appointment reminders
  • Schedule and confirm service visits
  • Coordinate with service team regarding customer queries
  • Take post-service feedback calls
  • Record customer feedback and service-related issues
  • Follow up on pending service complaints
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Support the service team in improving customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, call handling, or CRM role
  • Experience in automobile service industry preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Customer-focused and polite communication style
