Dear candidate,

We have planned a walk-in drive for the role of Manager - Commercial real estate lending at our Pune office on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Role specific skillsets:

Accounting concepts & Processing

  • Experience in Commercial real estate lending, Rent roll, financial spreading, appraisals, underwriting, appraisal, asset management, servicing, portfolio management, financial analysis, securitization
  • Knowledge of using third-party reports, loan documents and analyzing borrowers' financial statement
  • Updating financial statements of borrowers, analysis of P&L, Incorporating data from loan documents, underwriting documents, and appraisal documents for sizing the deal and supporting underwriting decisions
  • Experience of managing a team for atleast 1 year
  • Experience of handling clients, stakeholder, projects etc would be preferred
  • Weekly/ Monthly reporting

  • A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organizations needs.
  • Qualification - B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA/ICWA
  • The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
  • An ability to understand the organizations goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.
