Role & responsibilities

  • Design and define robust software architectures for complex web applications and platforms.
  • Build and guide teams toward scalable, modular, and secure architecture patterns.
  • Lead architecture discussions and decisions across cloud-native, distributed systems.
  • Provide architectural guidance during the full SDLC, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and financial tools.
  • Drive innovation by contributing to the product roadmap and future-ready technology proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GAAP, and data privacy laws.
  • Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years in solution/software architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microservices and Distributed Systems architecture.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying applications on AWS and/or Azure (minimum 4 years).
  • Background in designing high-scale systems, preferably in the Fintech domain.
  • Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GAAP).
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong experience with system integrations involving ERPs, CRMs, data platforms, etc.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend stack (.NET, Java, ) and exposure to frontend frameworks and databases is a strong plus.
