Job Description:

. Modeling the financial impacts of a variety of business decisions, Job I nssisting in Annual budgetary exercise and development
Descripti I . Participate in annual budget process and cost saving activities in

. Providing key business and financial guidance to the organization
(budgeting and forecasting), Analyzing and interpreting financial
results vs Forecasting
. Providing accurate and timely financial information to
management (decision support, business planning)
o Gather and organize financial data like quarterly budget reports
for analysis
o Assist to cFo for documentation and raising bank and/or external
finance
o Take participate and handling various Due Diligence external or
internal agencies
. Provide information and clarification to stock Audit, rnternal
auditor, Cost Auditor and Statutory auditor as assignments
demand
o Prepare Power Point Report for Board Meeting and investor meet
o Forecasts financial results within a broad scope, product cost
Analysis and Process Costing implementation as and when
required.
o Analyze data and identify budgeting trends & create monthly and
quarterly budgets

o Perform financial forecasting, annual business plan and rolling
plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation
of internal
. Prepare financial related analysis and research in area such as
financial and cost saving performance measures.
. Provide important business information and support ad-hoc
reports as directed by management.
. Support creation of materials for various management reviews
and meetings.
o To business leaders. Helping drive process and cost efficiencies for
business operations. Variance Analysis and propose corrective
actions
o Assessment of various investment proposal with Risk and
Mitigation analysis, assess strategic decision alternatives.
o Lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple
sub-functions within fi nance
. ldentify opportunities for process improvement and policy
development and engages in the design
o Represent business unit during cross-regional or cross functional
planning processes
o Take active part of inventory management through analysis and
provide data through identification of slow and non-moving
inventories and emphasized on liquidation through Cross
FunctionalTeam

CFA/CAIMBA Finance (Top university).
4 to 6 years work experience (minimum) as Financial Analyst or Sr.
Fin Analyst
. Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced
formulas)
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and ERP related financial
systems.
