Job Summary:

Stove Kraft Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchase Executive responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all indirect materials, consumables, engineering spares and services required for smooth plant operations. The role involves vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for indirect materials and spares.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials CAPEX as per operational requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency and favourable payment terms.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the stores and maintenance teams for replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and pricing data.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Maintenance, Production, Finance, etc.) for smooth procurement operations.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in the procurement process.
  • Ensure Reconciliation of Advances/ settlement for all vendors Quarterly basis.
  • Arrange spares ontime for Periodic & Breakdown maintenance as required by plants

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 25 years of experience in indirect material and spares procurement (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.
