Job Description: 

Logicgo Infotech is looking for a passionate and creative 3D Animator with at least 1 year of 

experience to join our growing 3D team. The ideal candidate should have strong animation 

fundamentals, a good eye for movement and timing, and the ability to bring characters and 

objects to life in a stylized or realistic manner. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, creatures, and objects. 
  • Work closely with the modeling and rigging team to ensure proper functionality and flow. 
  • Understand and follow animation guidelines and pipelines set by the lead. 
  • Implement feedback quickly and efficiently during reviews. 
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to integrate animations into projects. 
  • Maintain consistency of animation style as per the project's requirements. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Animator. 
  • Proficient in Blender or other industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max). 
  • Solid understanding of animation principles – weight, timing, arcs, anticipation, etc. 
  • Experience with character animation, game animations, including body mechanics and facial expressions. 
  • Ability to work within game engines (Unity/Unreal) is a plus. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • A strong demo reel showcasing your best animation work. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in rigging. 
  • Familiarity with low-poly/stylized animation for mobile or casual games. 
  • Basic knowledge of Roblox animations.
