Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Frost Planner. The Frost Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning frost-related activities, monitoring weather conditions, liaising with relevant departments, and implementing strategies to mitigate frost damage. Other tasks may include creating reports, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements to frost prevention tactics.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in monitoring weather conditions and liaising with relevant departments
  • Ability to create reports and analyze data
  • Knowledge of frost prevention and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • A degree or certification in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related industry is a plus
